Our policy is the easiest. If you're not totally, completely, and unconditionally satisfied for any reason whatsoever, send it back! We'll happily accept packages within 15 days of the purchase date and we'll give you a complete refund. You must pay for your own shipping label. All we ask is that the product is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/or packaging.

AZPetfoods.com does not provide credit for returned items until the items have arrived at our facility and its been inspected. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, AZPetfoods.com does not take title to the refunded item.
