RECOMMENDED DAILY FEEDING AMOUNTS Adult Dog Weight (lbs) Cups Per Day 2 1/4 5 1/2 10 3/4 15 1-1/4 20 1-1/3 25 1-2/3 30 1-3/4 Over 30 add 1/4 cup per additional 5 lbs Using the chart, divide the total cups per day by the total number of times you feed your dog per day to determine the portion size for each meal. Keep a clean bowl of fresh water available at all times. Every dog is a little different, so optimal feeding amounts may vary with age, size and activity level.
